This Whistler BC residence was designed with brightness and openness in mind. Large windows capture the views and sun light. The home’s natural rustic log structure, extends 3 storeys and provides a contrast to the more tailored fittings and furnishings. Finishes such as white limestone, maple floors and edge grain fir millwork keep the spaces bright. Custom furnishings throughout the home repeat a palette of browns, green and red. Reclaimed beams were used to make new furniture and millwork. The overall effect is modern rustic.
