This modern little home fits its young owners just right. They requested compact living to keep costs down, and we managed to fit a lot of features and style into the available space. Windows and skylights were situated for optimal light, while maintaining a feeling of privacy. The small covered deck and balcony visually extend the living spaces, plus provide protection from the summer heat. The contemporary fixtures and finishes suit the simple modern forms of the house. The lovely paint tones and back painted glass backsplash provide splashes of colour against the Ikea high gloss white kitchen and bath cabinetry.
