Uphill Upgrade Part 1: Kitchen Renovation

This kitchen had a generally functional layout to begin with, but with some key adjustments, it became a much better workspace. The new food prep zone with appliance lift, garbage/recycling, and beverage fridge takes advantage of the lovely view. The new barstool area gives just enough seating, and still leaves space for entry.  A new shallow tall pantry tucks in beside a post for bonus storage. The range wall with its’ open display shelves is a nice feature visible from the great room. The new light grey cabinets, granite countertops, bronze hardware, lighting, and wood floor flow nicely into the adjoining spaces for a cohesive style.
