Rancher Renovation

This family home suffered from a closed-off and inefficient kitchen. It also lacked sufficient space in the main bath and closets throughout. We bumped out the front of the house, creating a larger front entry and main bath. The new facade also improves the curb appeal. In addition to the main floor’s layout and lighting improvements, we enclosed the carport to make a secure garage and added a bedroom and bathroom in the basement.
