Accessibility Ramp Post and Beam Construction

We recently had the opportunity to build a covered wheel chair access ramp for the Kootenay Kids Society, a local non profit organization providing essential services and programming for both parents and children. Fairbank Architects of Nelson, BC designed the ramp and covered roof. Post and Beam construction creates a beautiful new entry and provides cover for the wheel chair access ramp. We also added an automatic door opener, and renovated the main bathroom for wheel chair accessibility.
